Hôtel Lafayette is where Dr Prada and Dr Piquette will be staying. Our morning lectures will take place the the hotel . Our location is a 30-minute walk or short Metro ride from the Louvre.

Hôtel Lafayette have prepared a reduced price quote for BSS&A and are holding a limited number of rooms until 22 August 2026:

• Price per room per night is €208.00 (check-in Friday 24 – check-out Sunday 25 October or Monday 26 October depending on your travel plans)
• City tax of €5.53 p.p.p.n. will also be applied
• Rate includes continental breakfast

• A deposit of 50% of the invoice must be sent 1 month before arrival to confirm your reservation with the balance sent 7 days before arrival

Hotel cancellation policy:

• All cancellations must be in writing to be confirmed;
• In case of total or partial cancellation, the hotel may charge the guest as indicated below*:
• More than 31 days: no penalty;
• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be retained;
• Between 15 and 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount will be retained;
• 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be due.

* In the event of "force majeure" (pandemic, border closures, natural disasters, etc.), a partial or full refund, or a credit note, may be issued.

You will need to arrange your own travel to Paris.

• The Eurostar from London St Pancras to Gare du Nord Paris is between £54 and £94 each way (at time of writing): www.eurostar.com.
• Note: The original dates, previously advertised as 22 - 25 October, have been moved to Friday 23 October to Monday 26 October due to Eurostar tunnel engineering works which prevent train travel on the weekend.
